Orders and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and are due at the time of booking or order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Gift wrapping

Standard wrapping covers square and rectangular boxes with our paper, tape and tags. Oversized or uniquely shaped items carry an additional per-package fee based on size and shape. Drop-off dates are limited and held for 30 minutes during checkout. Your drop-off time is confirmed by our concierge after booking.

Holiday cards

You provide the cards, envelopes and address list. We stuff, address, seal, stamp and mail them. We are not responsible for postal delays or for incorrect addresses on the list provided.

Gift shop collections and custom orders

Items shown are examples. Specific products may vary based on availability, but every order will follow the selected theme, sport or age group. Custom Sports Fan Gift Collections have a turnaround of 7 business days, with a holiday order deadline of December 17.

Pickup and delivery

Orders are available for local pickup. Delivery in Cranford and Westfield is available for a $15 delivery fee on eligible orders.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Items that have been wrapped, personalized or purchased specifically for you may not be refundable.

Liability

We take care with every item entrusted to us. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
